Moderator policy

Guarneri.net operates a policy, where necessary, of moderating Descriptions and prices of listings that may be deemed clearly unreasonable in current market conditions. In such circumstances clients posting property, which Guarneri.net deems, or has been reliably advised of being, unreasonably described or priced will be contacted to establish corollary information to support the proposal, which if not satisfactory or not forthcoming from the Seller of the listing, may lead to either a withdrawal of the Description from the System or refusal of the Description placement with Guarneri.net of that item.

Similarly, any party disputing an entry on the System on the basis of purported unreasonable Description or pricing should provide adequate and substantial evidence of the unreasonable nature of any quoted price or cited Description on the system prior to action by Guarneri.net on their behalf.

Notwithstanding any of the above, Sellers of any included property on the listings are responsible in law for the representations they make and if they are unclear on any points of pricing they should contact Guarneri.net (press this link) prior to placement of the listing concerned. Any failure to contact Guarneri.net for this purpose will be assumed as agreement to the terms and conditions covered by these points.

In the same way, parties viewing the System should exercise their own judgement as to the validity or otherwise of the Descriptions and the fairness or otherwise of the prices quoted bearing in mind that all prices of proposed property on the listings may be negotiated with the seller.
